They are rigid, interconnected and are designed with strong welded structure of MS plates along with other parts. The reason behind this is to take entire burden with lead deflection. A firm clutch medium is provided for giving constant strokes for production. We have Gunmetal bushes running in all running parts.
Over crank shearing machines have four edge rectangular, high quality, high carbon and chromium (HCHC) knives for longer durability. A strong mechanical back gauge and hand operated single shot lubrication system is also available with us in all the shearing machines as a standard equipment.
